As SE CLUB Facility Management, our Human Resources Basic Policy is shaped on the basis of “working in line with the principles of devotion and commitment”.

We aim to design all processes of Human Resources Management suitable to adapt to the future and to manage applications in an interconnected, integrated system.

In this direction, our Human Resources functions are;

SELECTION AND PLACEMENT

We place right people in the right position at the right time.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

We carry out training activities for the orientation, professional and personal development of our new and current employees.

PERSONNEL AFFAIRS and OFFICIAL RECORDS

We carry out works related to government agencies such as SSI transactions, reports, permits, scoring, etc.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

With the cooperation of our Department Managers and employees, we lead the performance evaluation works, discuss the results with the managers and ensure that action is taken.

AWARDS and MOTIVATION

We carry out awarding activities based on the performance reports of our employees, and coordinate other activities throughout the year.

ORGANIZATIONAL / INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

We provide data communication between departments and employees and lead the internal communication activities.

CAREER AND ABILITY MANAGEMENT

We realize competent resource planning by managing the career planning and rotation, promotion, etc. processes for all our employees.

WAGE MANAGEMENT

We create a fair wage system by preparing job descriptions, carrying out job evaluations and analysis.
