WE FURTHERED DIGITALIZATION IN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

In our interview with Se Club Corporate Communications and Marketing Specialist Büşra Günay, we talked about the features and operating environments of Aerogyen products.

Can you tell us about the recent investments that Se Club made in its fi eld of expertise?

We have been offering integrated facility management services ever since 2008 under our two brands, Securon Security Services and Barva Technical Services. In collaboration with the software industry, our aim was to ensure hygiene and to save on disinfection costs thanks to the rapid progress in technology, while producing longlasting, fast and effective solutions. Supporting our services with digitalbased solutions from the very first moment was of crucial importance.Having this in mind, we launched Aerogyen, an internationally protected and patented invention produced by Barva Technical Services, in order to further digitalization in customer experience.

Can you give a brief description of Aerogyen for our readers?

Aerogyen comprises fully automated software-based devices that safely disinfect indoor spaces in your stead with G-UV technology. These devices create an operating cycle with the data received from sensors. There are 3 different products in our product range. Aerogyen+ uses UV fl uorescent lamps to automatically disinfect indoor spaces such as toilets or laboratories that are at high risk of disease and contamination, while simultaneously neutralizing bad odors caused by bacteria. The screen on the device enables the user to check the environment’s usage status from the outside that is whether it is currently occupied or not. Aerogyen Led Fan has a plug-and-play system setup that does not require any maintenance cost. UV LEDs ensure that the air and surfaces in small and heavily used indoor spaces such as elevators or locker cabins are disinfected alternatingly in a very short time, in full-automated manner. Aerogyen Led UV, on the other hand, ensures that the air and surfaces in larger spaces such as meeting or hotel rooms, theater or conference halls, shops etc. are disinfected alternatingly.
