Facility management as a whole includes comprehensive and careful studies. Dear TRFMA member, as SE Club, can you tell us about the opportunities you provide in this service?

First of all, we take all the necessary measures related to occupational health and safety. We provide all the necessary training to our personnel. While doing all these things within our own workflow, we pay attention to the fact that our solution partners, whom we work with in our projects that we serve, show the same sensitivity. In this way, we make the margin of error in labor-intensive jobs close to zero. Our service concept is updating itself depending on technological developments and we are turning the experiences of being a software and IT company into an advantage at every stage where human hands touch.

What are the issues and issues that you want to draw attention to in facility management as SE Club special to the 12 May World Facility Management day?

We think that it is important to create management plans, which are one of the areas we serve and are defined especially as the constitution of projects, to be designed specifically for the main campus during the construction phase and to receive support from professional facility management companies, to increase incentives in the sector, to create standardization for service companies and to make them functional.

Can you tell us about your principles that you pay attention to and attach importance to in order to ensure peace, comfort and security for the institutions and sites that you serve together with your brands that you own?

We have 3 separate companies in our group. Se Club Facility Management fully activates accounting, cleaning, technical, security, purchasing and all other organizations in our projects by creating them in a project-specific way. Barva Teknik completes its place in the organization in perfect harmony with our other group companies by putting into operation the planned technical actions for the projects we serve. Thanks to the software engineers in its team, Barva Teknik ensures that the margin of error approaches zero by leaving the initiative to technology by creating the software-IT infrastructure for the issues identified specific to the project. Securon Security, on the other hand, fulfills all its responsibilities in accordance with the law and takes its place in the organization in terms of security. “Aerogyen”, one of the products we have developed, provides environmental disinfection for odor and bacteria-caused problems in closed areas by using UV-C beam technology. With our ”SOS" buttons, it allows you to reach physical security in areas such as parking, spa without October without any additional cost. With our ”cleaning buttons", it transmits area information about the sink areas in the common areas to those responsible and provides quick intervention opportunities.
