What kind of services do you offer in Facility management as SE Club?
As SE Club, we offer end-to-end solutions in facility management.
While providing Integrated Facility Management services with high quality and transparency, we also provide private security and Technical Maintenance and Repair services through our group companies.
At the same time, we include our facility software, the patents of which we have developed with our in-house software team, which are completely owned by us, in our operations and service processes.
We offer Management Consultancy service in order to minimize the situations and time that may occur from the construction phase of the project to the start of life in the facility and the construction costs.
As a Real Estate Consultancy service, we provide professional support in all processes from the project development stage to the sale and rental.
2. As a customer-oriented institution, would you like to share your strategy on this issue with us?
We plan all our service strategies in order to fully meet the demands of our customers.
In recent years, changes in the economic, social and cultural structure in the world have led to changes and differences in the wishes and needs of customers. With its individuality coming to the fore, customers want to see services designed just for them. By identifying different demands in regional needs according to the services offered by competitors, we create an effective management model specific to each enterprise in order to improve the quality of the service provided. We attach great importance to digital transformation and offer faster and cost-reducing facility software solutions to our customers.
Especially in the service sector, it is necessary to consider the process as a whole in order for this idea to function healthily in the operational process as well. It is necessary to respond to the expectations and needs of our personnel and to ensure that they work in a reliable environment. It constitutes our main strength in customer satisfaction in our Human Resources policy.
In addition to keeping the initiative in management, we offer the right service to the right customer with a sustainable solution with a cost advantage by making the customer feel that the initiative is in him at the same time. 3. Would you share the 3 important differences you have created in this field and your place in the sector?
In order for the functions in the facilities to be operated correctly, the processes need to be optimized. For this reason, we have our own software that we customize and develop suitable for the facilities.
It is important that information exchange and activity monitoring are gathered under a single roof. As SE Club, we provide all the services that the facility may need. We do not compromise on our high standard service approach by providing the necessary support in a complete manner.
People need to know that you exist as a service provider and that you can bring solutions to their needs, and they need to be aware of this. For this reason, our central management staff supports the project teams in all processes from A to Z. When necessary, we develop solutions that will provide added value by meeting with the Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards in the projects. Thus, we allow them to express problems and demands with sincere interest.
4. How do you incorporate digitalization/technology into your customer strategy and how do you benefit from it?
We take care to use all the possibilities offered by technology with the possibilities we have.
Aerogyen Plus G-UV intelligent disinfection system, patented international invention, all operational processes of which we have developed ourselves, we neutralize viruses and bacteria with this system. We have equipped Aerogyen Plus with an advanced algorithm consisting of artificial intelligence, Internet of things and multi-sensor system. This is how we ensured maximum security.
We are digitizing all the services and facilities of the facilities with our Onzone mobile application, which we implemented before the pandemic. We offer a wide range of services such as contactless login, paying dues, emergency management, demand management, discounted use of environmental services via Onzone. We provide transparent information transfer and instant sharing with user-friendly Onzone. We are able to offer flexible solutions suitable for every project.
5. With the pandemic process, health and hygiene have become our most important priority, so could you share detailed information about your Aerogyen Plus product?
Nowadays, chemical cleaners are used in most of the disinfection processes of common areas. Considering factors such as health, labor, cost and time, Aergoyen Plus is a much more advantageous and innovative solution compared to chemical sterilization.
Aerogyen Plus G-UV technology disrupts the gene structure of viruses and microbes, neutralizing microorganisms in the air and surfaces. G-UV germicidal lamp is mounted on the ceiling of the areas to be disinfected or in a safe area that cannot be reached manually on the wall. When the disinfection process will be activated, how long it will last and stop can be adjusted according to the preferences and needs of the space, and the environment is automatically disinfected with these settings. All settings can also be managed via mobile devices.
Aerogyen Plus is actually a control system. It was equipped with an advanced algorithm consisting of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Multi-Sensor System. For this reason, it provides 100% safe operation. By constantly checking the live movements in the environment, it confirms that there is no live in the environment during disinfection. Using the Doppler effect, it detects human movement even from behind places such as walls, doors, windows and stops the system.

6. what will be your number one focus in 2022, why will you focus on this issue?

The primary objective of the enterprises is to maximize profits by increasing productivity, therefore, we aim to extend the life of the projects by digitizing the business functions that are made manually and which cause a serious need for labor.
Our goal is to export our creativity, productivity, customer orientation and organizational agility abroad from the fields of technological facility management without losing this.
7. So, are you already providing integrated facility management services abroad?
As SE Club, we have international experience in large-scale projects. We provided Facility management consultancy services to Tashkent City, which was built on an area of 80 hectares in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
as of January 2022, we have assumed the facility management of Cevahir Sky City in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. Sky City consists of 4 blocks with a height of 142 meters and 40 floors with a closed area of 281,000 m2, which was realized with an investment of 200 million USD. A life project with a shopping mall and mixed-use areas.
